 As great as these Solidscape wax printers are, in order to be used properly the right training and maintenance is required. Bermark Design has 1st class training and support for its customers. There is intensive training for customer staff and telephone support available in English, Thai and German.  Service calls are quick, and Bermark offers its own machines for output should customers run into extended mechanical problems.          

Solidscape Wax Printers Are Easy to Use 

The T76+ system brings even greater ease of use to SolidScape's line of “set it and forget it” wax pattern making systems. As with all SolidScape systems, the T76+ uses SolidScape's acclaimed build material that is specifically formulated for lost-wax casting applications. This means 100% casting yields, no pitting or shrinkage, and no ash residue. Operating from the included touch screen LCD panel, SolidScape's intuitive Windows CE based Click-It control software guides the user through the job startup procedures and user selectable options with ease.

Meeting the requirements of a wide range of applications, the T76+ system:

  • No compromise. Includes the same high resolution as the other members of the Solidscape line of 3D printers...the highest in the industry.

  • Adjust the resolution to accommodate vary model geometries.

  • Uses standard lost wax casting procedures; no special equipment or methodology required.

  • Uses a non-toxic thermoplastic build material featuring excellent lost wax casting qualities (fast melt out, no ash or residue, no thermal expansion). Results in higher casting yields when compared to other model growers.

  • No required material curing means no added post-processing time or cost associated with a curing system.
